Apparently I was in the saddle for 509hrs 27min(5.8% of year) covered 9904km (6154miles) climbing up 38,032 metres (23.6 vertical miles) all in 114 rides with a longest day of 179km (111 miles) and an average day of 54 miles. So not so shabby at 67 🙂
